- Denied Requests: During 2024, a total of 35 individual consumer requests were denied. The reasons for these 35 denials were:
- The request was deemed excessive: 26 instances
- The request was deemed repetitive: 8 instances
- The request was not a privacy-related inquiry: 1 instance
- Other Inquiries: In addition to the specific CCPA request types detailed above, Lightcast also processed 24 inquiries classified as 'General User Requests.' These were evaluated individually, and actions were taken based on the specific nature of each inquiry and whether it constituted a verifiable CCPA request under one of the defined categories.
